About Us

We are therapists. But before that, we are human beings, women, daughters, mothers, grandmothers, sisters, wives, aunts and friends. We are the sum of both our life experiences and our formal education. We don’t profess to know how to make your life perfect, but we pledge to walk with you on your journey to make your life more gratifying, more satisfying and more in tune with your goals.

We offer kindness, compassion, and support, in addition to our eclectic sets of therapy skills. We are honored to be a part of the journey that gets your life moving towards the positive experience you deserve!

Christy Meyer

I am a rancher’s daughter from Western Nebraska.  My rural roots have been foundational in my world view.  I learned kindness, hard work and helping from people who needed their community, because out on the prairie, neighbors were few and far between.  I am a long way from that prairie now but it still holds my heart.

I am the mother of 4 children who survived a challenging divorce and a return to school when my kids were still home.  I have been blessed and challenged while I navigated raising my family.   I am the grandmother to 14 kids, which is certainly less challenging and more fun than it was raising their parents!

I love to garden, flowers are my favorite.  I am a quilter, aspire to be a writer but I most want to make a positive difference wherever I am.
I would be delighted to meet you!

Sue Cyr

I have been a mental health therapist for 25 years, working with a diverse population on a wide variety of life issues. My approach is based on Family Systems theory, which considers the client both as an individual and as part of their relationship systems (family, work, social). My approach is strengths-based and client-centered.

All of us are in some way coping with change in our lives, whether these changes are by choice or by circumstance. And all of us deserve an understanding ear, a soft shoulder and a nonjudgmental space to be genuinely ourselves.

I would be honored to walk with you on this very important journey.
